30th November - 30th December 2018 The Byre’s winter exhibition was the icing on the cake of a fantastic year of exhibitions. Many of the artists and makers who featured during 2018 year returned with some stunning new pieces: new paintings from Kerry Harding, Jill Hudson and Nikki Mosley; new ceramics from Lise Herud Braten, Lucy Burley, Remon Jephcott and Kathryn Sherriff; glass from Ruth Shelley and Mim Brigham; and new collections of jewellery from Corrinne Eira Evans,Tracey Falvey, Clare Lloyd, Lucy Spink, Amy Stringer, Libby Ward and Lizzie Weir. There were also some wonderful pieces from artists new to the Byre gallery including Toni Fairhead's award winning pate de verre glass, contemporary pearl jewellery from Jenny Gilbert, and wonderful woollens from Sarah Tyssen.
