Open for business!
'Into the Deep' glass vessel by Ruth Shelley and 'Breaking Wave' oil painting by Jill Hudson.
From Monday, 15th June we're officially able to open, and while this is very exciting - I am very mindful that COVID has not gone away. We've been relatively fortunate here in Cornwall and we want it to stay that way. To make things as safe as possible for you we're taking this very gradually and will be opening by appointment only for the next couple of weeks. This means you can choose a time to suit you and that you will have the gallery to yourselves with no worry of other visitors turning up and causing potential social distancing issues. There will be hand sanitiser by the door, we have two sites for hand washing as well, and all surfaces will be cleaned between appointments. Each slot is for an hour - even if you only want to stay for fifteen minutes - so there is no time pressure.
We'd love to be able to show you all the beautiful pieces we're featuring this spring so if you'd like to come and take a look please do email me and we can arrange a time to suit, I'm happy to open any day of the week. You can enjoy our two spring shows: 'Postcards from the Edge' and 'Full Bloom' in the gallery until the 19th July, we'll then take a very short break and open with our summer exhibition 'A Change of Scene' on 1st of August.
But you can still enjoy the spring exhibitions online - click hereto go straight to the gallery shop where you can browse by type of art as well as exhibition. If you haven't yet had a chance, you can watch the introductory film to Full Bloom by clicking here. If you missed the chance to see the film by jewellery designer Corrinne Eira Evans you can see it here. If you spot anything on the website you'd like to see anything in more detail, please do get in touch and we can send more images or arrange a one-to-one virtual tour. We'll continue to offer FREE delivery during the spring exhibitions on all items to addresses within the UK.
