A gorgeous new exhibition to keep our spirts up as we head into autumn. If you're in Cornwall and able to visit the gallery do get in touch to arrange a time to visit. Or we're open online 24/7 with some wonderful new work from many of our favourite artists and makers including Jill Hudson, who has created some stunning new pieces inspired by the Cornish landscape; David Muddyman; Lucy Burley and Benjamin Lintell.
We always knew that glass artist Benjamin Lintell was a rising star and so I'm excited to report that his talent has been recognised in the most famous glass making spot in the world, Murano in Venice. Benjamin started working for Maestro Roberto Beltrami at Wave Murano Glass at the beginning of the month and as well as creating pieces for their studio, he'll continue to make his own work which we'll of course be showing at the Byre. You can see some more new pieces from Benjamin in ‘Winter at the Byre’ which opens in mid November - along with other fantastic new work from our regular makers and artists as well as pieces from some exciting new talents.
We hope to see you in the gallery but if you prefer to view from home, I hope you enjoy our online autumnal interlude.
