The gremlins have been sorted and The Byre online gallery is now up and running. A selection of pieces from Standing on Ceremony and The Byre Collection can now be enjoyed in detail without having to leave your home, smart phone or tablet! As always, if there was a piece in the gallery that isn’t featured online, please do get in touch firstname.lastname@example.org or call on 07711 873796.

The online gallery has been updated with new pieces which feature in The Byre collection and a selection of some of the highlights from Standing on Ceremony but as I’m not a computer expert – and Ben who created my beautiful website is taking a well deserved long weekend for Easter – there are a few teething problems. If you would like to look at any of the pieces in the Standing on Ceremony collection, please click on the link for ‘View all pieces in The Byre’s online gallery.’
There are also a few gremlins in the system which have meant I can’t update the Standing on Ceremony page in the Exhibitions section – so until next week, here are a few images from the show:
I love the way that makers who I work with regularly respond to the themes of my exhibitions. When I told Remon Jephcott that I was planning an exhibition that reflected the Victorian love of Orientalism – especially Japonisme – she incorporated elements of this into her trademark pieces with stunning results. Standing on Ceremony is now open and will be throughout the Easter weekend, including Easter Monday.
